Welcome to Everyday Entry. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Everyday Entry web application (“Service”), operated by Everyday Entry. By accessing or using Everyday Entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
To use Everyday Entry, you must accept and comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description
Everyday Entry is a web-based diary application developed for engineers and construction professionals. The platform enables users to log daily activities, track project progress, and generate AI-powered reports that summarize work and insights.

If you are part of a team account, administrators have control over permissions and access to shared content. Any shared entries are still subject to these Terms. Team members are expected to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when handling shared information.

8. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Service are available only to paying subscribers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Before termination, you will have the opportunity to export your data. After termination, your data may be deleted and unrecoverable.

10. Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid to use the Service, if any.
